are you losing coolant? ford had a huge problem with that engine,and the coolant eats the main bearings.
the defect is in the EGR valve setup.
check with ford,they are aware of the issue,there are thousands of them

Refer to your manual there is a switch that deactivated the fuel pump in case of accident, there is a switch by the pasangers feet that if in the up position is activated to stop the fuel...

there is a switch under the cover between the dash and carpet left hand there is a hole put your finger in and press the switch down
