Question about 2005 Ford Falcon
Face vents on falcon are not working, air blows from dash and foot well but not from face vents. Check vaccum hose and it seems to be connected and not loose

My 2003 EB had the same issue, until I took it to my local dealer. There is a TSB that calls for this part to be replaced.You need the following part number: 2L1Z19C828AA - HOS ASY-A/C VAC

The direction of the air flow (dash/defrost/floor, etc) is controlled by vacuum going to the switch. There may be a vac line that didn't get connected or was damaged when they put the replacement engine in it. Check the lines on the firewall to make sure nothing is loose.
