You have not supplied even the slightest amount of information necessary to even begin to figure out what's wrong. With the level of high tech computer systems involved, good testing needs to be done. Start with a code scan, and add the results to the symptoms to get a picture of what is happening and what is not. If you come up with a specific question about a particular system, there is always someone here to help you.
