No brakes 1995 Ford Bronco

pedal goes to floor no brake.
brake fluid leaks out of a crack between rubber and a brass cylinder. There are I think four of these cylinders sticking out of a large component where all the brake lines seem to set out from. The one that leaks is off set a bit like it blew out a bit...it is not the master cylinder....I think that if one could pull it out and replace the rubber seal it might seem to fixer up god forbid if the whole large assembly needs replacing because it makes my pocketbook shiver at the thought....
