The car when at starting rave of 1.5 rpm makes a rattling noise like dry bearing. When you r going up a steep road, the rattling increases. On neutral there is no noise. After much investigation, we found the noise coming from the Cylinder head. So i did a full service changed all the plugs, changed oil & filter, gearbox oil, there was leakage on timing belt seal so we changed that. But the noise didn't disappear. Instead now there is a check engine light on. When we ran diagnostic on it, it states VVTI sensor error, camshaft. Now I am not able to buy the complete cyclinder head, but there is no heating, or any issues, except the noise. Where could this noise be coming from the cylinder head? What mechanics cause a rattling inside the cylinder head.
may be oil feed to cylinder head replace gasket

Thats good that you are getting a second opinion. A Toyota dealer will be able to check it and see what the noise may be. See what they come up with. I dont think a worn timing chain or guides would cause a low oil pressure problem. But, if it does indeed have low oil pressure, that is a serious problem.

take the vehicle to AutoZone and have them read the OBDII code in the computer so you actually have some idea what might be wrong instead of guessing
