have replaced rotors and pads fr and rear but still have pulsating under brakes cant feel it in the pedal but car brakes still feel like theyre grabbing and releasing any ideas

Check yr master pump and the brake junctions in the hood. It is recommended that flushing is done when rotors are changed. Mine when I replaced the all the 4 rotors and pads, I also replaced the Master Pump and the junction including flushing of old fluids.
