I have found that poor gas can cause the light to come on. If you have retitghtened the gas cap, (remove it and reinsert cap),run the gas out and replace with better fuel. I am quite sure that gas qualities have been flucuating as well as the prices. Even if it was just the cap, it can take up to 2 days for the system to reset itself.

How can you reset the service light on a vauxhall corsa cdti on a 54 plate

Service reset

Important note: Proceed exactly as follows; otherwise the reset system will go into the locked position and special tools are required to unlock it (Tech 2 tester).

1. Turn the ignition OFF.
2. Press and hold the reset button [1] (see the above picture).
3. After 3 seconds the "Distance till service" appears on the display, "InSP 0".
4. Press and hold the brake pedal.
5. Note: Ensure the button [1] is still pressed.
6. Turn the ignition ON.
7. The display shows: "InSP----".
8. After turning the ignition ON, wait for the service message to change and keep the reset button pressed for at least 3 seconds.
9. Release the brake pedal and reset button at the same time.
10. Wait for 10 seconds, until the display shows: "InSP XX,000 km".
11. The system is reset.

I'm not sure where exactly is the Cabin Air Filter in my 2003 Voyager. Everybody look behind and underneath the glove box but no one knows where it's exactly located and how to replace it. Any ideas??

If it has one the access cover will be under the dash right above the passengers left foot. More often than not this is what you will see.

If it has a cabin filter there will be an access door in this same location. Pull forward on the cover and it will release from the airbox exposing the filter.

Camry 2002 Engine light comes on exactly at half

I'm pretty sure 440 is an evaporation malfunction code. The cheapest cause is usually the fuel cap. However, there are evap solenoids that go bad over time. I believe there are three of them at around $50.00 each. Also check the connections where they plug in as they may have become loose or corroded.

Hi there, My 2003 nissan pathfinder starts okay but suddenly I have 4 warning lights and it won't do anything more than an idle. Only a slight response (~100 rpm) when I press the gas pedal. Warning...

My technical expert from FixYa said I need to diagnose the ECU (electronic control unit a.k.a. the "brains" of my car). I asked if I could reset the computer somehow; response was that I would need to disconnect the positive (+) battery for an hour to reset the ECU. Being low on time, I tried it after 15 minutes... everything worked except the "check engine" light was still on. Later that day, I disconnected the positive terminal for over an hour... and EVERYTHING came up fine... no more warning lights. As I suspected, the whole "Christmas tree" of dash lights was a false alarm... just a computer panicing.

Perfect solution from the FixYa expert... cost me exactly $0.00 above and beyond the FixYa cost. Money well spent!! THANKS.

Three buttons on drivers side sun visor

ok, this other guy has the buttons your talking about confused with 3 buttons on the drivers side door panel, just above the handle...
the buttons you are looking at on the visor are programmable to open your garage door...however since i've never owned a garage door that i use at the same time i've owned my grand cherokee, i have never tried setting it, so i'm not exactly sure how to go about that...
