Question about 1989 Chevrolet Camaro
You could try replacing the two fusible links down by the starter. They look like two black pieces of rubber on the wires. Just cut them out and splice the wires back together. If that's your problem it should start. If you unplug the neutral safety switch from the tranny the car should start if that is the problem. Hope this helps.
