Question about 2000 Ford Focus
Brake lights not working on 2001 Focus but centre mount is!! checked fuse and bulbs and all seem fine. Is it the brake switch located above the brake pedal
The problem is most likely in the turn signal switch. the power for the left and right brake lights goes through the turn signal switch, but power for the center mount comes straight from the brake light switch. this allows the brake light to be turned of so the turn signal can operate as they use the same filimant in the bulb.
