1992 Ramcharger We have no spark no fuel. Checked continuity from computer to sensors and installed new sensors still won't fire HELP

ok if its not the crankshaft sensor or pick up plate.
then look at your asd relay. cpu controlled via ground.
no fuel or fire. means pcm is not detecting engine rotation.
I remember bypassin the pcm ground control on some. just install
a switch to operate it.

Car won't start 2003 Dodge Stratus sxt coupe cranks but won't start what could b the problem? I tried spraying starting fluid in the air system but it still won't start!

i would check and see if spark pluges are firing. you can take one out and plug into spark plug wire then let the bottom of the plug sit on engine and get someone to try to start while you look at the plug to see if there is any fire. if you have no fire or fuel it would be the crankshaft sencer. it could be the timing belt but the motor would sound different turning over then it used to.

I have a 1996 dodge caravan (3.3L) that won,t start.I had diagnostic test done and it showed a bad crankshaft sensor.I replaced it and it still did'nt start so i went ahead and replaced the cam sensor and...

Typically, the on board computer monitors the crankshaft for rotation and the cam shaft for rotation, and fires the spark plug accordingly. There may also be a sensor for top dead center for cylinder number one. If you have a broken, or slipped timing belt/chain, the rotation sensors will be out of sync and the computer won't let the spark plugs fire. You could also have a failed ignition coil for a failed trigger circuit for you coil. If the diagnostics are not calling out a specific trouble code, check your timing/belt.
Note that I am not an expert on this particular vehicle, but have spent a fair amount of time working on newer computerized vehicles.

Car will not start

If I am right, the firing order is,1-3-4-2. With the dissy cap removed, have someone turn the engine over so you can see which way the rotor arm goes. Set the engine to TDC and the rotor arm should point to the No1 cylinder at the start of the firing order. If it rotor points away from the No 1 cylinder then slacken the dissy housing and move the diddy until the rotor ppoints to the No1 cylinder. Now pHT lead from the No1 spark plug to the No 1 possition on the dissy cap. The next lead goes on the next available possition on the dissy cap in the way of the rotation of the rotor then to the No3 spark plug carry on the same with 2 and 4 and that should solve your problem unless you have a different firing order.
