Jeep cherokee Heater blower problem

Its not the switch or the controller in the instrument cluster. On my jeep there was a panel on the passenger side under the dash board. It helped me find it by turning on the heater and going toward the sound of the blower. On the backside of the panel was a series of little coils that control the different speeds. one of those coils had been broken.

Power locks and windows

You my have a "electrical gramlin" in you car.. check the whole wiring from driver side to passenger side, to the doors, under the floor mats, check all connectors. It looks like you lost the complete connection to passenger side. Maybe the conector from the body to the passenger front door is open. There is a screw in the middle of the connector, check this first.

Passenger side dead.

Sometimes the harness at the front door will get a wire break in it. Try working the window switch on the passenger front door (ignition on of course) while slowly moving the door open and closed. If it starts to work, Jeep has repair kits still I believe where you can replace just the harness between the body a-pillar and door.

Power Window Not Working

There’s a wire harness and plug that go thru a flexible boot between the body and the front doors to control the switch clusters on the doors.
Over time opening the doors will affect these components.
  1. Check fuse # 8
  2. Make sure the plug (referenced above) is secured.
  3. Peel back the boot carefully, and check the wires.
(In my Jeep, I found the black wire broken and the light blue w/blue stripe wire cracked. I fixed them on the drivers side, and the mirrors and the locks now work. My windows are still not working, so I’m going to check the passenger side.)
Good luck!

1994 Jeep Cherokee Power Window Problem

When you open the drivers door you can see a wiring harness between the door and the body of the car.
You more than likely have wires broken in there.
