HI there,

Check the fuse for it under the hood, if this not solve the issue and the fuse was okay, you're gonna have to take out the entire radio console to take apart the cigarette lighter. you'd probably be able to see how it wires together and see what's wrong.

open glove box, read the operators manual. all fuses shown there.
