Question about 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD
I replaced my fuel pump on my 2004 chevy 2500 hd 4x4 becausing it was acting like it had trash, bad gas or whatever, but it was running like it was about to die. it seemed to have fixed it for about 200 miles and it is doing the same thing. i took it to a place to have them put it on one of those machines and it says something about the crankshaft position senor. any clue?
Yes, have it replaced. it can cause your symptoms. This is the great thing about codes. It definitely does not point to a bad fuel pump.
