My(2005-BMW-320i-Manual-75K milage) car giving me the jerks when i put second gear/third gear and the speed is rapidly getting down, no matter how much gas i have applied. The speed falling from 40-30 to 5-10. For the first 15 minutes drive it is OK but it is more than that this problem coming. Can some one have any idea? please reply. Thanks,

Connect your old battery with another battery from another car (WHILE KEEPING ALL CABLES CONNECTED ON BOTH CARS) just user a bridge cable otherwise you'll need. a code to reactivate your BMW again. Try now to start your BMW engine. Now go to the nearest battery dealer to change the battery WHILE KEEPING YOUR ENGINE ON, otherwise you'll need a code to activate your BMW again :)
Good Luck!

Your oil is a little low, and the timing may be off a bit but if it smooths out after warm it is probably ljust
low oil.
SOURCE: BMW 320i is using 5L of oil every 1000miles no
Try using an automotive dye in the oil the oil has to be going somewhere the dye should reveal the loose gasket or loose oil plug in which the leak may only occur at speed under pressure and not present when stopped

Hi:) This sound like the valve body in the transmission has a warren valve that is allowing fluid by the valve when it get hot. See when fluid is cold it is thick and can be held back with a 0.006" gap but when it get hot the fluid will pass by the valve. It can be repaired if got to in time.
