This is because of imprper timing, ask the service man to open the head and fix the timing of crank and cam proprly, there could be no other reason for that, hope this will solve the problem

My EC light stays on. When I pop the hood, pull the AC fuse, replace it and then push the EC button the light will go off and my AC will work perfectly. However when I turn the car off I have to go through this process again in order to get air again. What do I need to do to fix the problem. 1996 S 320
