Which motor and what are you specifically needing the Torque specification for. "crank and main" is not specific enough. Is it the main bearing caps that you are needing the specs for?

How much torque on a 2001 grand am water pump bolts

On a 3.4L grand am, my info says 89 inch lbs. You local auto store will sell torque wrenches, inch pounds or ft pounds. For small torque, I use inch pounds torque wrench. If you snug it up, you should be ok. I'm not saying crank on it for all your worth, just snug it up or use a torque wrench. Just keep an eye out for leaking?

I need to remove my front seal ( crankshaft) possibly without any fancy tools?

Pulling and replacing a main seal on a crank cannot be done without "fancy" tools. If you go to www.autozone.com and make a free account and then put in the make and model and year, you will be able to access the free online repair guides. Also if there is an autoparts chain near you, you can rent those fancy tools.

Hi what is the crank and conrond torque settings for a nissan RB30et and what the ring gap set that

Crank shaft main bearings.46-52 Nm tighten in 2 or three stages.
Con rod bearings 14-16 Nm1st step. 2nd step 39-45. Or if you have access to angle torque 60-65 degrees. Rule of thumb ring gap is .005" per inch of bore. eg 3" bore .015" ( thou of inch)

How can i reach a torque setting of 305nm when my wrench only reaches a max of 200nm please any one help i am thinking that it can be done in 2 stages yes or no

It is possible to use a simple torque wrench extension bar, which fits onto the square drive of the torque wrench.
http://www.dmctools.com/Products/torque_conversion_charts.html
At the other end of the extension bar is a male square drive for the socket. This increases the leverage of the torque wrench by a ratio which is the total length of the wrench plus bar divided by the length of the torque wrench only. You multiply the torque reading by this ratio.
Note that NO increased torque is obtained by fitting an extension on the handle end of the torque wrench. The applied torque will still be the same as the torque wrench reading in this case.
Then there is a more expensive tool, a torque multiplier. These are often fitted to the output shafts of winches etc, and consist of a small gearbox which fits on the square drive of the torque wrench. On the other side is a male square drive for the socket.
http://www.tjtools.com.au/torquemultiplier.htm
They are geared in various multiplier ratios from 4:1 to as much as 40:1. On the gearbox casing is a reaction bar which is braced against something to keep it in place as the torque is applied.
They are expensive but you can hire them also.

Torque to 25Nm, then tighten through a further 79 degrees. You need an angle gauge to do it properly.

Torque settings for big ends on a 97 toyota camry 220sei

On the V-6 it's 25 Nm (18 ft lbs) on the first pull and then you rotate the next pull 90 degrees using a torque angle wrench.

Checking the specifications for the four cylinder:
25 Nm (18 ft lbs) on first pull and 90 degrees
on the second pull using a torque angle wrench.
