The fue TANK pressure senson is on top of the gas tank, there is no pressure sensor on the fuel rail, you have to use a fuel pressure tester.

more likely to be a sensor, so attach it to a OBD11 code reader.

Fuel pumps either have enough pressure or they don't. Not enough pressure and the car won't start. If it falls low in motion, the vehicle stops.

I have a 1998 Ford Windstar with a 3.8 liter engine. Where is the crankshaft sensor

The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor on the 1998 Windstar with 3.8L is located near the crankshaft pulley on the front cover. There is a shield mounted over the CKP sensor that you'll need to remove to access the sensor.

Would you care to share why you suspect the CKP sensor is bad? Typically with Fords a bad CKP will cause a no-start condition due to no spark, but you'll still hove good fuel pressure.

Well code 1450 for a Ford product is a problem with the gas tank venting system.
I would think the pump in the tank is blowing the fuse, and it could be from excessive pressure in the tank.

We have a 1998 Ford Windstar. When pumping gas, the pump shuts off constantly. We can only pump less than .50 at a time. We have tried adjusting placement of the fuel nozzle, doesn't help.

the filler neck would have to be replaced. ford has had problems with their filler necks in that year. it consist of 2 tubes one inside the other, that other tube could be kink causing pressure that shuts of the fuel pump.
