Squeaky front end even after trying to grease it

I greased all the front end joints that i could reach and it still squeaks. Someone told me izuzus have special suspension and they are lifetime copacted greased in some sort of casing and that i would have to remove that and add more grease to get rid of the noise. HELP! Is this true? Do i really have to go through all that trouble?

Anti roll bar rubbers are worn or the bumper is rubbing on the plastic trim in front of the radiator.

My hubby did suspension work on our Dodge Durango and annoying squeaky noise came after job was done....turned out coil springs were not seated correctly...there are two drain holes in the spring seat in the lower control arm.... only after the coil was repositioned for the lower end to cover the first hole and cover about half of the second hole, was the noise gone....we're so happy now....

Ok, Trooper suspension is very simple. It's got coil springs, standard shocks, and rubber bush mountings. Either, there is grit somewhere in shock casing, trapped in a rubber mounting, or at the top or bottom of a leg, or, more likely, you have got something incidental rubbing somewhere. Firstly you need to get your shocks checked. Either take them out and operate them by hand, or get them checked professionally. If they squeak your solution is easy. If not, try and work out when the squeak happens. If you drive down ruts and potholes one side, does it do it more than the other? Then start looking for things that move and rub when drive train moves in relation to engine. If you can specify where it is, I can try to point you in the right direction.

My cars done about 230km. should i think about selling it or can it still take more. abit squeaky when turning (maybe pitman arm) and maybe needs some new plugs or fuel injection cleaning.

Being that its an Expedition I wouldn't think about selling it. If its squeaking when its turning all you need is a good grease job. Get a shop to grease all the joints in the front end. The pitman arm, idler arm, ball joints and tie rods. You can even spray a little WD 40 on the shock to make it smoother when extending. Those motors are very nice, and I wouldn't sell it. I had an F150 with the same motor but I had about 320k miles on it before I sold it for a diesel.

My 97 tj begins to squeak when i shoft it into

It could be water has gotten to something it shouldn't have, I would check the front u-joints to your front axles. There may be grease fittings on them but most of the time they are sealed or should be at least, u-joints can make a squeaky sound if there is no grease.

My 2001 Mercury Marquis has a sqeeking sound coming from front end, however there is no grease fittings to grease to reduce noise

That sound is a sign of rusted parts. You need to get the front end checked and may as well get an alignment. The manufactuers have reduced the number of grease fittings for years.

All the car makers, not just Mercury claim the parts are lubed for life. The parts would last longer if they could get fresh grease, but most people blow out the rubber boots by overfilling them anyway.

If the alignment shop doesn't find a problem with your car about all you can do is use a light oil or spray Lithium grease into the squeeking part.

How do i lube my front end? I'm squeaking like a very angry mouse when i turn right and now left. I have eliminated the brakes being the issue, seems to come from the joints near the tires themselves.

very common issue on the dodge trucks. usually its the control arm bushings but not always. grease all the grease certs that u can find that has to do with the front end. try and get some grease in the bushings if you can
