Located left side up under the dash. there should be a removable panel (drivers side) Sit in the seat and kick the left of the panel.

Under hood, black box , drivers side,take plastic cover off, I don't recall there being a fuse box inside the van.

There are fuses for both windows and door locks, If fuses are good may be electrical problems

i would check the fuses and relays out, look under the hood on the drivers side of your vehicle, for a black box, remove the plastic cover, inside should be fuses and relays.

There should be a diagram of the fuse locations imprinted on the inside of the fuse panel lid. If it isn't then it may be in the owners manual.

Most likely. There are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one inside the van. Check your owners manual. Good luck.
