Question about 1991 Acura Integra Hatchback
I have a 1991 Acura Integra and it will not start. Usually when this happens its because its either not getting spark, or not getting fuel. I'm pretty sure I got spark so I replaced the fuel pressure regulator because its easy. I got a start and idle out of it, but wouldn't start again after that. Possibly a relay? I don't know much about thes cars and would like any help possible. Thanks.
Spray some starter fuild and/or a little fuel inside the throttle; if it begins to run but stalls shortly thereafter, your fuel pump will have to be replaced.
Yes! You will have to drop the gas tank to remove and replace the fuel pump.

I think if u test the fuel pressure u will find u have none, a fuel pressure regulato will not cause a no start, if the car has over 100,000 miles the fuel pump is most likely the problem, replace it (it is located in the fuel tank). if u wish to check the fuel pump relay first follow these instructions:
The fuel pump relay is in the Main Relay attached to the firewall above the foot rest in the drivers foot well. When you turn on the key you should hear a clicking sound, you can feel the relay click if you feel around while turning the key on and off, with the keys turned on the relay will click on and then off in a few seconds..
