Getting a winding noise from the front of m my car i have a 1997 acura 3.5rl

Smoke can only be caused by something burning. Only candidates are oil and water. It doesn't take much - maybe even small enough that you won't notice loss over many miles. Check compression on all cylinders. You should see something there.

check your tires for uneven wear and equal air pressure; dose the vehicle pull knock clunk or have any other noises during highway or over bumps, around turns ect we need as much info as possible

where is it , in trunk , under hood, under dash>? guess dash.
is it the seat belt buzzer , on?
new car to you?
the operators guide covers all ways it can buzz, many.
if not, then use a rubber hose to hear, I use 1/4" I.D fuel hose,
and listen under dash, for who is buzzing, once we establish who
when work why.

There is a phillips head lock screw in the rotor. Which gets very "stuck".
Once that is removed, they pop right off. You may need an impact driver with
a phillips (star) head like I needed. Got mine at AutoZone. Hope this helps.

Good job, P48. I had to drill out the head (s) of the screws that didn't want to come out. The rotors will self-align with out the screws but it is disconcerting. One screw will keep the disc on the hub while you are getting the caliper/pads in place.

If the noise stops when you turn off the key, your starter bendix drive is going. You will have to replace the starter. Hope this helps.

sounds like a wheel bearing they start to scrape and bind making loud noise while driving only. no noise while in park
