Check your vacuum lines. Another area to pay attention to is...there is a stud on the back of the valve cover that can rub on your fuel injector wires. But check your vacuum lines. Hope this helps. Bob

2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo after driving through snow drift vibrates and is loud

I do it all the time. the reason that happens is snow packs in the rims and tires and causes the tires to be out of balance so at speed they will vibrate and make a louder road noise. solution bring it to the car wash and spray those tires down.

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a strong vibration while braking. The vibration happens only during braking from 30 mph or faster. It seems to start in the chassis and continues into the brake pedal...

got ABS.
is it the ABS tripping off, doing its modulation thing>?
i have a remote stethoscope with mike that allows me to
hear noises moving, $50 tool.
if not up to buying tools, then get car serviced.
noise moving is hard to find.
and very dangerous to those that dont have tools to do so. safely

we can not hear noise here.
we can make 2000 guesses, sure.

shut down abs and test? again.?
(on safe no traffic side roads)
can be bad wheel bearings (wild useless guess there)

the first step is to find the LOCATION .
then we'd have something, and is pretty easy to find with tools.

I have a vibration that gets worse as speed increases. ive had the tires balanced

If your tires are good, the next likely suspect are the universal joints on your drive shaft. They tend to cause rumbles and vibration that varies with speed.

2004 implala vibrates while driving

You have a shot front wheel bearing which will sound like a whining rumbling noise, if the bearing is really bad it will have started to break up inside and the streering wheel can snatch.

Vibration when I accelerate

Sounds like it's what they refer to as torgue converter shutter or rumble strips. I had trans oil changed as per service tech suggestion and it work.

Thanks Rob
