Question about 1997 Cadillac DeVille
First u must disarm the airbags if u dont they wil blow out in your face take fuse out of fuse box under the hood and then unplug the yellow wire under the kick panel on the left side of the sterring wheel and open the glove box and the will be a little trap door in the very back open it and unplug the passagener air bag do all of this before u mess with the sterring wheel

1.You will have to remove steering wheel. 2. Remove lock plate. 3. Remove turn signal harness. 4. Remove horn harness and spring 5. Remove #15 torx screw. 6. Insert key and turn to ACC position 7. Slide out cylinder and replace 8. Reinstall in reverse order.
