Question about 2000 Jeep Wrangler

Clutch and shifter

Driving down the road, my clutch stopped having pressure, and I had to pull the shifter a little harder. I didn't bulldog it, but the shifter felt like it broke in half. I don't know how to fix either of these problems.

At this point you need to get a trans shop involved, the clutch is easy you need a new master and slave hydraulic clutch cylinders, the shifter will need to come apart to see what u have broken, most likely you broke a shift rail or the bottom of the shifter

A518 transmission problems just rebuilt and driving down the road it stops pulling dropped pan nothing in it added new fluid and won't pull

automatic -- check the harness connections have been connected properly
to just stop pulling indicates a torque converter clutch servo/solenoid problem and that indicates a wiring problem

1988 suzuki samurai.when I'm driving down the road the transmission is whining. When I let off gas it stops. I just bought it it's has a new clutch and cable. Don't know if throw out bearing is new.

If it's not whining when you have your foot on the clutch and are stopped, its not the throwout bearing. While driving the throwout bearing isn't being used....
Transmission whine is either in the transmission or differential.

Could it be the fuel pump?

Thanks YellowFury, it might be, will check the fuel pressure and since the fuel pump may not have ever been replaced, may need a new one. Checking the computer tonight, finally bought the truck and had it brought it home on a trailer, didn't want to risk it breaking down. Sometimes computers will cause the vehicle to stop, however, computers don't usually allow the vehicle to start up again. Didn't find any vacuum leaks and it doesn't overheat at all, will keep checking. Thanks again for your suggestion.

Was driving down the road and car didn't want to go.....have no reverse or drive now. haven't had any problems with transmission at all has ran great. fluid is full

Well you have one now. Your transmission pump has given way.If the torque convertor recieves no fluid from the pump it cannot engage the clutch pack and transfer power.

My clutch works sometimes and sometimes it don't. I was driving came to a stop, tried to go it sounded like the clutch popped out of gear or something broke. My car wouldn't go so I got towed. but...

A clutch that's failing doesn't behaves like that - it slowly starts slipping until it fails completely and definitely. If it would break suddenly (like when the pressure plate would snap) the noise and the vibrations it would generate would be unbearable.
No, in your case something is failing inside the transmission/gearbox - most likely in the command forks and their locking pins. The gearbox will have to taken off the car and dismantled to investigate and fix that, and it will be expensive.

1999 Dodge Ram stopped pulling while driving down road. After a short rest it will then pull itself again for a short time and then stop again.

check your ******. fluid could be low. filter could be plugged. check for red puddles under it. since u didn't mention any noises that's the only thing i can think of. hope it helps.

My clutch gave way, and then my shifter came loose in my hand

The clutch you could probably do if you have a decent manual, some tools and time (patience optional) The shift may have broken where it fits into the shift rail. you may or may not be able to do that yourself, depending on what you find. If you don't have time and need the vehicle, have it professionally repaired.
