Question about 1997 Lincoln Continental
Lately, when I apply the brake to my 1998 Ford Taurus, it sometimes actually accelerates as if I was stepping on the gas. Also, the brake goes almost all the way to the floor when this happens. Obviously, not a good situation. It does not happen all the time, but often enough. Any ideas?
You have a serious vacuum leak affecting the engine and a brake proble, -The connection between them is the brake vacuum assist and the brake master cylinder. The brake master cylinder is the target componant. Change it out and other related problems should be resolved. Good Luck &be safe-Ned
