No dealer if you know how to take a steering wheel off. The control is broken, A plastic ring. Good luck.

Emergency brake will not engage left blinker will not blink just stays on

It sounds like you back brake shoes may be worn out, which could cause the emergency brake to not engage. The left blinker socket may need to be replace, or your blinker switch under the dashboard in the fuse panel that may need replaced.

Left indicator blinker blinks faster than the

HI:
When your blinker blinks really fast, it is usually because one of your bulbs is burnt out. To check this, either have someone watch them, or turn on your 4 way hazard flasher and walk around the car.

Blinker is being CRAZY!

you need to replace the blinker lever switch the whole unit take it to a dealership if you can't replace it yourself and be prepared they cost an arm and a leg but if you can fix ityourself check out a local junk yard for amatching car to see how it comes apart b4 you tear into yours.. but also could be the flasher located deep under the driver's side

My blinker stays on when i meke a left turn

The problem with the blinker staying on is most likely the cancel spring. In the steering column you have two cancel springs, one for the right turn signal and one for the left turn signal. your left turn cancel spring is probably broken. to replace this spring requires removing the steering wheel and components. on some models you have to replace the whole turn signal module cause it's all one piece. Check with your local dealer or parts store to see which one you have. Hope this helps you out.
