I have checked and switched relay in fuse box with horn fuse so I know that is good.
If the fuel pump is getting power, it may have been damaged when you hit the bump.
I checked at the end of the fuel rail and there is fuel there so now Im thinking the injectors are not firing is there something that tells them when to spray fuel?
The engine computer opens the injectors by sending the ground signal, based on the same sensors the ignition system uses.
is there any way that I can check to see if the injectors are getting signal with a voltmeter or anything like that?
You can use a low voltage test light or "noide light" in place of the injector. The ground signal for each injector is very fast and would be a flash on a test light.
You should also be able to use starting fluid sprayed into the intake to make the engine try to start to verify the problem is fuel.
with starting fluid it will turn over go up to about 1100 rpms and then die that is why I am thinking fuel. Is there anything else that would stop it from starting back up after stalling going over a speed bump?
i took the cap off the end of the fuel rail and had someone turn key and fuel poured out the end so I am guessing the fuel pump is working. Also took out back seat and can hear and feel fuel pump start up. Only runs for about 2 seconds then stops
It is supposed to only run for 2 seconds if the engine is not running. That is to prevent a fire in a wreck.
