They still disconnected the battery to change the the timing belt so they could have shorted out the system, Take it back and talk to the service manager and let him or her know your issue. They will take care of you even if you have to get a little stern and go to the owner

What' mean Heater Control Circuit Sensor,Bank2,Sensor 1,Volvo S80,2000?

Heater control circuit is your O2/oxygen sensor which controls your emissions and keeps the car running efficiently. They go out quite frequently and need to be replaced. Wont cause any drivability issues other then lower fuel economy and check engine light. Sensors run between $50-$200 each.

I need to change the timing belt on my 93 940 volvo

This is definitely not ajob for the beginner. The cams will need to be locked down with a special tool. If they move at all, your timing will be way out and you will have some serious trouble on your hands. Either take it to a dealer or a shop that works on Volvo. Most shops will turn down a timing belt job on a Volvo. When replacing the timing belt, you also need to replace the water pump, front crank seal, both cam seals, and im not 100% sure but I think the 940 has a balance shaft belt that will need to be replaced. I may be wrong about the balance shaft belt. The total cost of this job will be from 800.00 to 950.00 depending on the shop

Full-time heat in car: heater valve?

this problem is caused by the air temperature control blend door motor, the part is cheap, but the dash must be removed to install the new part.

You have an engine misfire....unless you have expertise in this area you need to see your local shop as you will damage your catalytic converter if you continue to drive. An OBD II scan tool will id the cylinder to help but knowledge here is key!!
