Front dash electrical power outlet in is dead. Not a blown fuse.

I need help, please to solve the problem of dead electrical power outlet in the front dash of Toyota Camry 2006 LE.athe front

    I checked the fuse it is good But changed it anyway no use!

Owners manual should tell you what fuse, or cover of fuse panel.

    Test for power with a test light carefully, don't touch sides, in center at bottom of socket, or use voltmeter.

Both the front and rear power outlets stopped workjing during a trip a couple of days ago. i cannot locate a fuse in the under hood fuse box marked for the power outlets, and i don't see a blown fuse. is...


there is a fuse in the IPM intergrated power module behind the battery. also check for a fuse called IOD ignition-off draw sometimes they pop too. other then that bust out the voltage meter go to town on the fuses and power outlets might have a short somewhere.

check all power outlets for loose change or metal objects in the doubble check the rears. fuse should be located on drivers side fuse pannal on side of dash

If it were me I would change the fuse before I made a trip to the dealership. Probably spend more money in gas getting to the dealership than just changing the fuse.

Did you check fuse/relay box under hood for blown fuse(s) If there is no power getting to the wire at the back of the socket, replacing it is a waste of time, you need to get power there.

Power outlet


FRONT:
-blown No. 18 {15A) fuse in the under-dash
fuse/relay box.

REAR:
-blown No. 18 (15A) fuse in the under-dash
fuse/relay box.
- blown No.3 (10A)fuse in the under-dash fuse/
relay box.
