Question about 1997 Jeep Cherokee
1997 Jeep Cherokee: When I start it and drive it for about 5-10 miles it starts revving the rpm's like I'm pushing the gas and letting off but I'm not. Then while it's doing this it's hard to pick up speed. Sometimes if I stop it will still try to rev but once in a while it will just die when I come to a stop. What's the problem?
There are several reasons this can happen. First check all vacuum lines to make sure they are connected and unbroken. Second, have a code test done to see if anything has registered in the computer. There are also individual component tests you can do but what I suggested is a good place to begin.
