The heat continues to blow in my 1998 oldsmobile bravada when in the off position

If the fan keeps blowing when switched off,the relay points are likely fused shut.Pull out the fan relay and see if the blower motor quits.

Simple check of the fuses and connections first if all ok disconnect the battery on the postive side for at least 20 sec hook it back up. Hopefuly thats cures it if not hit me back to go further.

My expedtion dosen't have any heat it's just blowing out cold air and the machanic said i need some kind of motor that's in my dash what kind of motor i that

I think you should replace your thermostat first. If your blower is working. It wouldnt hurt to flush your cooling system too.It is alot cheaper to do that first.

My 95 dodge neon keeps blowing its 20amp fuse heat comes out but the fan will not keep working?

You may have to replace the fan.If it is burned up the fan will not turn, thus blowing fuses.
