My 2004 ford explorer keeps blowing the ignition fuse also i noticed that my windshield wipers also stopped working

You have a short to ground on that circuit ,the only way to find it is to find a wiring diagram an see what all gets power from that fuse .Then isolate each circuit until the fuse doesn't blow any more . Go to youtube an check out some videos on finding a short on automotive wiring . Also I suggest you check out some videos on basic automotive electrical trouble shooting . Finding an fix automotive electrical shorts is best left to a automotive electrical repair shop !

2005 ford expedition ac relay

You need factory wiring diagrams to work on any vehicle
If a fuse blows, it does so for a reason,& replacing it,is
not a fix.
Need a shop to work on the issue
If you loose one relay in 60 years of driving, that would be
a lot,so forget that, leave relay testing to people with
those skills

2001 ford expedition fuel pump fuse keep blowing with fuel pump disconnected

You'll have to start at the relay and check the circuits for a short to ground. Could be a faulty relay too.

When ever a Fuse blows, 1 time

You need to find the circuit, which you know

Next ,you need to have wiring diagrams
No diagrams your done,stop

You replace a fuse 1 time only

Then you have to diagnose the issues

If you can not follow that, then you have to
pay a repair shop

The fuse that runs my windows, lights and windshield wipers keeps blowing in my 2001 ford expedition, what is the problem?

could be many things. could be a short to ground. find out what wires work on this circuit. and check all the connections and insulation of the wires. if there was any sound system put in or recent electrical work i would double check the quality of that.
