2004 implala vibrates while driving

The car seems to have a slight vibration in the steering wheel there is a sound that is like an airplane it gets louder as you speed up. This sound is not coming from the motor. If you put in neutral while driving slowing the engine down it make no difference in the vibration or sound.

thought it could be a bearing or maybe cv joint as there is no heat coming from wheels

You have a shot front wheel bearing which will sound like a whining rumbling noise, if the bearing is really bad it will have started to break up inside and the streering wheel can snatch.

Guy with a trolley jack can tell you in a few minutes how bad it is

A transmission problem would not make the steering wheel vibrate. Have you ever had the Transfer Case fluid changed? This is required every 50K miles. A qualified transmission technician should evaluate your problem.

Vibration in the steering wheel on a 4wd truck

I just had the same issue with a 1999 2500HD and the vibration got worse above 50 mph. Problem was resolved with a new driveshaft. Old one (aluminum) was badly out of true and the problem didn't really occur until I had the U joints changed - then bent driveshaft vibration was noticeable. New driveshaft resolved issue.

05 camry SE 2.4L. while driving i feel a vibration under my feet.

Without feeling the vibration, it is hard to speculate, but, my experience here is this: you may have a bad rear wheel bearing. It is covered for 5 years/60,000 miles by Toyota
