Question about 1993 Nissan Maxima
One of the bolts snapped off in the head and I can't find a diagram of the motor. how hard is it to take the right side head off so i can take it to a machinist and get the bolt removed?
If you have a Drill Machine and access to the snapped bolt, then drill a hole smaller the bolt size in the cetre of the bolt, then insert the Bolt Extractor tool in the centre of bolt, lightly hit it with hammer so it grab the bolt. Now with proper size of spanner tight Extractor Tool in side the snapped bolt by moving the spanner anti clockwise, In this way you can remove the snapped bolt. Note: The ribs or threds of Extractor Tool are opposit to the threads of the normal bolt. So you tight the Extractor Tool, you are unscrewing the snapped bolt.
