Rough idiling, stalls when putting in2 drive, sluggish,

Sounds like a misfire or a bad valve. If this isn't what your looking for please let me know. The more information and details, the better. The vehicles maintenance history, "Engine Light" status (on or off), what tests you have run, and anything that you have noticed. Rough idle issues can be caused by more than one type of failure. Examples: clogged fuel or air filter, stuck/damaged EGR valve, restriction inside exhaust, spark plugs, timing, or low fuel pressure. There are more examples but it would be better if you could tell me more. Good luck.

How can you tell if your catalictic converter is clogged

Usually it the car lacks power. It is sluggish and will misfire and idle rough. You can also remove the sensor before the cat and and see if car runs better since the exhaust gasses will no longer back up in to engine. Or you could simply measure exhaust back pressure with an exhaust back preassure gague screwed in to the hole for the O2 sensor.

High idle and running a little rough, sluggish in 2006 sequoia

Check the throttle body and see if it has build up around the butterfly. If so, clean the butterfly with throttle body cleaner. This may be it. There are other possibilities but this is a simple inspection.

Service Engine Soon light

Take it to a Auto Zone or one of those places & have them plug in their computer to it. That will tell them what the error code is. Sounds like the fuel injectors are dirty & need to be cleaned. Dirty fuel injectors will cause the engine to be sluggish, idle rough & have no pickup.

Sluggish engine

Could be your catalytic converter. Get an Oil Change and see if they will read your codes. If it indicates misfire or exhaust problem have the converter replaced. DO Not pay 600 dollars buy an after market converter and let them weld it in. Should cost 200 -300 bucks.
