Stalling problem when A/C turned on

2002 Dodge Stratus ES coupe, wouldnt start when leaving store, then started but would not continue to run at idle, now runs at idle but if you turn on A/C it stalls

It could be the AC Compressor, or the idle air valve

2000 Dodge stratus es stalls at idle, but after the car is driven for about 15 minutes, it runs fine. Also if it sits a couple days it takes a few tries to get it started. Can't figure out the problem

My car wont start, no turn over, all of the electronics work fine. I hear the fuel pump working. What could it be? I parked went in a store, came out and it just wouldn't start.

Possible defective starter motor. Try tapping on starter motor with a blunt object ( if accessible ) while holding the key in the crank position. If the engine starts, the starter motor is bad. If it doesn't, you will have to check for start power at the starter directly. Possible starter motor/starter relay/ wiring/ignition switch etc

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus (4cyl) that idles rough (almost stalls out), dies on start up and recently had a flashing engine light (backfire error). Any suggestions? No other issues, water pump and timing...

Could be the idle air control, once these start hanging up inside, they can cause as variety of problems with idle speed (can become wildly random) or simply a failure to idle at all.

Check the Firewall bulk head connector for corrosion and check the PCM harness plug for tightness

You need to proof read your message. Look for a vacuum hose off. Let someone start it you with the hood up listen for a hissing sound. Most times they come lose when you've had work done in the area of the motor. If that is not the fault check for a code with the ECM.
