Some ideas here, but most deal with NO crank, no start.

It doesn't have a fuel filter as a replaceable item.

My automotive database says you have to remove headlamp assembly to replace bulb. To remove headlamp assembly, you need to remove front bumper fascia.
Why in the world should you have to remove front of vehicle just to change a bulb, I don't know? My database is the only info I have to go by. I doubt I can walk you through it, step by step, I can't see anything from here.

I don't know where you & others come up with these questions

Every vehicle,every job & every repair shop, will have different
prices on anything,depending on what the job requires

You should have a shop, you have used for decades,that
does quality work. Not be hopping from one place to another

I do know that if you ask for a ballpark price & only keep bringing
up how much something is,you turn off any auto repair personal
