A flashing key symbol normally means an invalid key. Do you have an other key to try? That all the gauges stay at 0 seems to point to a PCI data bus problem. Was the jeep parked outside or at least standing in the rain? Many times water ingress in connector C200 up in the passengers footwell area is the problem. The connector must be removed, cleaned/dried and reconnected. Ofcourse the source of the water ingress must be found, which many times comes from the windshield.
Not aware of any re-set on Jeeps. But you said it won't crank? Starter is not working? Please clarify.
If it won't crank over from the starter, your problem is in the start circuit, and not affected by fuel pump operation. So, please reply.
What you are describing is a failure of a main circuit. The first thing you should check is yo make sure that your battery is in good condition and that the cables are clean and tight. Let me know if yu find anything wrong there. Then there may be another main circuit problem. Check all of the fuses in your fuse block in the engine compartment. If any of these fuses are blown, it will usually cause several things to not work. If you find any fuses blown, DON'T REPLACE IT YET. Let me know WHICH fuse is blown and I can help you find out why it blew so you can get the problem fixed.
The caliper assemblies mey be sticking when you apply the brakes. This condition can be cuased by overheated brake fluid. I would have a brake and alignment shop check out the front brakes.

i know your battery is dead but if you have a charger put it on then turn the key to the on position for at least 10 minutes until security light stops flashing then turn key off and try to start.
Same thing happened to me at about 140k. It was the fuel pump. Best way to test if your pump is failing and loosing pressure is to see if the car will start immediately after it has been running, or turn the key to the alt position for a few minutes before starting. If your engine fires faster after it has been running or the key has been in the alt position you will probably need a new fuel pump. Great news is with a very deep socket to get the tank straps off its a 30 minute job to replace the pump/filter assembly.
