Question about 2000 Audi TT
In my Audi TT coupe 2000 one of the windows stopped with a bang (the sound of the glass hitting something) while trying to raise it.
I then lowered it fully, and now it won't go up at all, though I can hear the motor whirring gently. I think the glass it is off it's rails.
Any ideas how this might have happened and how to fix it?
Are there any possible airbag issues with removing the door trim?
The window regulator has plastic gears inside and these may be stripped. The best solution is to have the window regulator replaced.
