Difficult start in cold weather, bucking and stalling until warm, begins to buck/stall again once moving, problem gradually decreases with greater temp. Distributor fine, sensor maybe?

Injectors, even if one is bad, the increase in resistance in the SFI system kills the other injectors too. When it starts to run bad, unplug injectors one at a time to see if it runs better.

1.Start by changing plugs and wires. 2.Check for vacuum leaks. With the engine running, wigglr every hose you can see, to make sure nothing is loose or cracked. 3.Change fuel filter. 4.Check timing. 5.Check air control valve. 6.Check idle control sensor.

Bucking while idling

You want to check your charging system. Take a reading at the battery and see what you get. it should be 13.5-14 volts. Check the volts at the cables. with the battery hook up take a reading at the cables. if there is a big difference between the cables and the battery then you need to clean and tighten your cables. If the volts are less then I said before then you need to have your alternator checked.
