Cant find fuses for gages or turn signals

toyota pickup 1984 the fue gage is do,send work i have a 86 toyota pickup i pinched the wiring harness between the cab and the frame burnt up the altanator now i cant figure out where and why i cant get my gauges or turn signals to work i cant find a fuse for either please tell me where they are located
