Question about 1990 Honda Civic
The door will chime the light will blink on the ecu and when i turn the key everything stops working
It sounds like you have a loose connection at the battery, the door chime and ecm lights don't require much power. As soon as you turn on the key, more power is required, with a bad connection the power from the battery, will drop off. My guess either bad connection at the battery or a battery with a dead cell. Hope this helps.
