Question about 1992 Oldsmobile 88
I have a couple of questions regarding this job. First of all is the balancer bolt left handed or right threads? I have seen both in discussions. Secondly, is the sensor for this year one that needs to be adjusted or one that simply bolts into place with no adjustment? Info from a repair manual indicates the sensor that needs no alignment, but the sensor from online parts store look like the other. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
The bolt is right hand thread. I do believe it is adjustable. But you can readjust it if needed after the balance is installed from the bottom.
