You might want to go to an auto parts store and get one of those flexible mirrors, because the bolts to release it are on the back of the radio. I'm pretty sure they are 10mm head. The mirror and a flashlight will make them easier to locate. There will either be 2 or 4 it depends. Once you get them out you should be able to push from the back and it'll slide on out. As for which radio will fit, pretty much all of your radio shops can give you that info but it should be a single DIN size. Hope this helps.

if it is the factory fitted radio then all you have to do is ring honda dealership and give them the vin number of the car and they will give you the code for the radio.

Necesito el código de desbloqueo de un radio

The stereo has a unique code that came with the stereo when the car was new on a card that says something like "don't leave this in the car." These usually end up in the owners manual or the trash.

Navigation, radio, and clock not coming on?

Why did you replace the lighter fuse in the first place - something may have shorted something out? when you put in the new fuse does it blow right away? make sure the fuse is the correct amp for that spot. also check all the fuses - sometimes there can be more than one fuse that controls many items such as radio, nav, and lights.to answer your questions though no it cant really be anything else than a short blowing a fuse. you just have to find which fuse it is and where the short could be.

1992 honda accord stereo code

I presumme that this radio is the factory fitted unit and has never been changed. The code should be in your car's handbook, if you don't still have the book, If you dont have it, you might try the last 4 numbers of your vehicles VIN/CHASSIS number.

If all that fails, your local Honda dealer will be able to get it for you

Cr-v radio problem gets worse

i can answer your last question.

it would need a honda radio with a steering control capability. look at the socket and if it would fit, there is a big chance it would work. but if it wont fit, then it wont work. if you use other radio even honda radio but it does not have the steering control capability, then still it would not work.

tnx 4 using fixya,

Pull your radio out and look on the back for your radio serial number and then call Honda with that code and they will give it to you.
