Question about 2004 Ford Explorer
Worked fine, then couple hours later went to leave and it wouldn't start. It is completely dead, not even a click sound. Radio and lights work fine though. Someone told me to replace the starter and I did, but it still doesn't work. Then I was told it was the ignition switch, I replaced that and nothing. I tried jumping it with a jumpbox and with cables, still nothing. I switched batteries, that didn't work. I had someone test the two wires to the starter, one is good, the other one isn't connecting. Where do I go from here?
Have you tried to start the truck in neutral there is a safty switch on the transmission so you cant start it in gear if also have you tried to push the shifter lever more towards park does it have a securety system on it?
