This is the order you need to do it in:

1 speedo surround (this just pulls straight off)
unplug cables for speedo buttons.

2 heater panel this is secured with 2 screws (pointing downwards) that will be seen when you remove the speedo surround. there are also 2 screws hidden behind the heater control knobs

bottom section:
3 there are 2 screws hidden in the ashtray, also 2 screws just under the heater assembly,

You must remove instrument cluster out of car. After that you can take the instrument cluster screen out.

Need to know how to take apart dash to replace radio

Likely it's not much different than ones just a bit older...remove the bottom panel and any screws along the bottom of the plastic dash face plate. The top is held on with clips and it should pull out, exposing the radio mounts. Go from there. They make a face plate adapter for the radio and a harness extension to help with wiring, available where they sell aftermarket radios.

08 Yaris, Dashlights/radio/ and nobs lights do not come on

I had the same problem. On the the dash on the left side near the steering wheel, there is a wheel like knob. Roll the knob until your dash lights come on when you have the headlights on. If its rolled in one direction they're off in the other they're on.

How do you remove Audio-CD player from a 2002 Kia Sportage

after you remove all the screws from the dash you have to get down to a section by the pedals and remove something like the airbag to get at the last part of the dash apart. then you need to unplug the mirror and back wiper switches (opt i think). then you have access to your radio. These are all things i gathered from watching the guy at futureshop do, it was about $100 and now I don't have fm radio. but I am now going to try it on my own.

03 punto when turn key starter motor clicks after few times motor gets warm is it easy to remove will it just need cleaning and refitting

You may as well get a reconditioned starter as the best cheap option. The main thing though is to disconnect the battery before tackling the removel of the starter motor. As for the removel of the starter motor, if you approach the job in a logical manner then it should not present too many problems. Look at the position of the starter motor and the securing bolts (these bolts will be tight) and look at the access you have to work in and remove the starter. Wire brush the threads of the bolts before refitting.
