Hi
OK that plenty of pressure-just wanted to make sure it was over 60. We know that the pump is getting juice if youve got steady pressure at cranking. And apparently once it gets to the run position the injectors start working on their own. Lets check the pink wire that powers the injectors and see what it is doing at crank.
chek this link for the followin diagram

My car wont start changed coils i hear fuel pump kick on when i turn key over

Check your cam shaft and crank shaft position sensors. If they are good then it is most likely the engine control module. You check the sensors by ohming across the two wires that go to them. Also make sure they are disconnected before you ohm them out.

1999 silverado 2500 6.0 motor wont start

If the passkey system were not working the engine should not crank and the fuel injectors would be dead. The security light would also stay on.
The fuel pump relay gets battery voltage and also voltage from the key switch. The computer grounds the relay to power the pump.
The crank sensor does not come into play until the engine is cranking and it supplies a signal for the ignition and injector pulse.
Are you not getting power from the key switch to the relay, or from the battery side to the relay ?
