It's more than likely the ujoint in the front by the knuckle...You can jack your truck up and turn the wheel to the side it is squeaking the most. Turn the tire by hand and see what it feels like.If your u joint is bad it will bind when you spin your tire.

Car shaking when accelerating, also new squeaking sound when accelerating

pt cruiser love to brake the lower front engine mount. the front of the engine is actually the passenger side under the belts (front wheel drive engine,s sit sideways) the mount itself is cracked or the rubber insert is wiped out, you need to remove the wheel and the plastic splash guard to see it

1997 Buick LeSabre has squeak noise coming from right front.

More likely this is a wheel bearing or CV joint than suspension components.

One good indication is if, when your making a right turn or accelerating, there is a shudder or shaking in the steering wheel then its likely a wheel bearing.

Another good indicator can be found when you jack up the suspicious wheel. Put one hand on the top of the wheel and one on the bottom and pull back and forth. If the wheel makes a clunking noise and moves in either direction, then wheel bearing is shot.

Consistent Wheel Squeaking - Right Front Wheel

This may be a worn down front brake shoe or pad, some after market pads come with a wear indicator.
This wear indicator rubs the rotor when the pad is in need of changing.
