If it's the 3100 motor you'll probably need to unbolt the dog bone mounts and put and have somebody put a piece of 2x4 behind it as you put it in gear. The motor will kick forward and you can replace the plugs/wires.

How do I remove and change the back sparkplugs in a 2003 chevy venture, It tells me that cilinder 1 is misfiring and it won't pass the emission inspection

You can remove the engine struts(dog bones) mounted over the top of the radiator. Use a ratchet strap, attach one end to the engine hook on the driver's side dog bone mount and the other to the radiator support. Pull the engine forward, you can then access the rear spark plugs. You have to make sure your spark plug wires and ignition coils are not corroded also.

Wipers only work on high.

It sounds like the switch went out. I have seen a lot of GM products have this same problem.

My number 2 cylinder

it sounds like you just have too much oil in there to begin with. I'm unsure on how the valve cover gasket would affect the spark plugs in this case.

1998 CHEVY VENTURE

Never less than about 10lbs.usually 30lbs or so  If less then either engine main bearings is badly worn or  or the relief valve inside the oil pump is stuck in the bipass mode.
