Car miises when it gets hot.

It seems that my 1994 Ford Taurus GL starts missing when it gets hot. What could be the problem?

Your transmission may be slipping. Either that or you need to change your plugs and wires.

you'll need to get it diagn., it can be as simple as a "VSS" sensor, or a transmission, check the fluid and if BURNT, your looking at a trans.....GL....

sound like the catalytic converter is starting to clog,try taking out the oxygen sensor befor the converter see if this makes a difference if itdoes then the cat is going bad, get back to me if you need more help. please rate my fix,as i strive to be the best. problems get back to me please do not leave negative rating

when the light comes on, you have no anti-lock brakes. the car is still safe to drive. you could have a faulty wheel sensor
